LODGE GUEST AREAS
Overlooking Madikwe's game-filled plains, each camp has its own exclusive guest areas and outside dining areas. Intimate sitting areas in all three camps feature shaded outdoor seating on expansive covered decks overlooking the African bushveld. WEDDING BANQUET AT MADIKWE SAFARI LODGE
Madikwe offers a variety of venues for the wedding reception:
LODGE GUEST AREAS At any time preferred, a sumptuous banquet can be served in Madikwe Safari Lodge's stylish guest areas, overlooking Madikwe's game-filled plains. All three camps feature shaded outdoor seating on expansive covered decks. There are plentiful fireplaces both inside and outdoors, providing a cozy atmosphere in autumn and winter.
BOMA IN CAMP An old African tradition, a Boma is an outdoor circular meeting place situated in the centre of the village. With a fire blazing in the centre, this is where the villagers would host important events, discussions and eat together. An unforgettable atmosphere at night is created by dozens of lanterns and huge fires and delicious cuisine is served at the fireside, under African skies. The Boma can comfortably seat 32 Guests and there is space for dancing, should guests require. This option is only available for dinners.
*Please note: that outdoor wedding ceremonies and banquet settings are subject to weather and will be confirmed on the day. Regrettably, Bush Dining is not available at Madikwe Safari Lodge, as it is part of a national park and guests are required to be back in Camp by 20h00.

AN INTIMATE WEDDING
An intimate wedding consisting of 2 to 6 Guests could be accommodated in 1 to 3 Safari Suites. One of Madikwe's Camps will host 8 Guests in 4 suites affording guests sole-use of one entire Camp. 10 Guests will enjoy the privacy of the sole-use of one of Madikwe's Camps.The 7 Safari Suites of Madikwe's Camp affords 14 Guests private-use of the entire camp.
A CLASSIC WEDDING A classic wedding party consisting of 8 to 32 Guests can be accommodated in a combination of 4 to 16 of the Safari Suites. A wedding party consisting of 32 Guests will enjoy the sole-use of all three of Madikwe Safari Lodge's Camps, and the undivided attention of the Lodge staff.
Madikwe Safari Lodge offers exclusive safari accommodation, comprising three equally intimate camps - totalling just 16 suites in all - with a simple, sophisticated and unique Madikwe-style.
Safari Suites: Set on a gentle slope nestled between two rolling hills, Madikwe Safari Lodge overlooks game-filled plains with the Dwarsberg Hills in the distance and the Marico River nearby. The Lodge offers a total of 16 spacious suites split into 3 camps of 4, 5 and 7 suites respectively, each featuring a sitting area, a bedroom with circular fireplace, a dressing area with personal bar and a bathroom with twin hand basins, large bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers and private w.c. French doors open onto wooden decking leading to plunge pools. The rooms are organic in design, with woven copper screens adding intriguing detail.
Guest Areas: Overlooking Madikwe's game-filled plains, intimate sitting areas in all three camps feature shaded outdoor seating on expansive covered decks. There are plentiful fireplaces both inside and outdoors with pizza ovens for fun dining, book-filled libraries and a unique safari shop.
CC Africa will do everything possible to accommodate specific room requests for the bridal couple, however ample notice will need to be given to do so - at least 3 months. Understandably, any unforeseen events - such as storm damage or similar - might prevent the Lodge from following through with such requests.
